As parents ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be to maintain a fitness practice while taking care of your children.

Parents with infants and children are welcome to take them to classes and events, and take breaks when necessary to nurse or cater to your child’s needs. Older children are welcome to sit to the side, complete homework, color, or watch the class. All we ask is that you monitor your children to ensure their safety. So, are you ready to train?
